Purchase conditions


1.1. Seller – MB Pukera”, legal entity code 303389008, VAT payer code LT100008864115. The seller's contact information is provided in the "contacts" section.

1.2. Electronic Store means the electronic store located on the website at www.StylishPaw.com

1.3. Buyer – a person who orders or purchases goods in the Electronic Store.

1.4. Working day – every day of the week, except Saturday and Sunday and public holidays, which are declared non-working days with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.5. Personal data – Buyer data specified in the Privacy Policy.

1.6. Privacy Policy – A document approved by the Seller, which provides basic provisions regarding the collection, storage, processing and storage of Personal Data and other related aspects when using this electronic store.

Rules – these purchase rules, which describe provisions related to the purchase of goods in the Electronic Store.

1.8. Account – the result of the Buyer's registration in the Online Store, which creates an account that stores the personal data provided by him and data about orders in the Online Store.


2.1. These Rules are a legal document that the Buyer and the Seller must comply with. The rules provide for the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, other conditions of the purchase-sale contract and provisions related to the purchase in the Electronic Store. Before ordering goods in the Electronic Store, we recommend that you carefully read the Rules and Privacy Policy and make sure that you understand them properly. If you do not agree with the provisions of the Rules and/or the Privacy Policy, you should not use the Electronic Store.

2.2. The following have the right to buy in the Electronic Store:

- able-bodied natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not restricted by court order;

- minors between the ages of 14 and 18, who have the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they dispose of their income independently ;

- legal entities acting through authorized representatives;

- authorized representatives of all previously indicated persons. >

2.3. By placing an order in this Electronic Store, the Buyer confirms that he has the right to purchase goods in the Electronic Store.

2.4. The goods are considered ordered when the Buyer pays for the goods and receives a confirmation to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer that the Buyer's order has been processed.


3.1.The right to withdraw from the goods purchase - sale contract< /p>

The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with the procedure set out in these rules and other information sections of the agent's online store.

3.2 In accordance with the provisions of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, which regulate the legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer, the Buyer has the right to refuse of the goods purchase-sale agreement concluded with the "stylishpaw.com" online store, notifying the Seller in writing (by filling out the return form or by e-mail, specifying the item to be returned and its order number) no later than within 14 (fourteen) working days from delivery days.

3.3. The Seller has the right not to proceed with the refund procedure until it receives the returned item or proof that the Buyer has sent the returned item, whichever occurs first. The buyer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods due to actions that are not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

< p>3.2. Conditions for returning goods

The buyer can exercise the right only under all of the following conditions:

- the product has not been damaged or its appearance has not fundamentally changed;

- the product has not been worn and its usable properties have been preserved;

- all internal and external labels, protective films, etc. that were on the product at the time of purchase are intact and uncut. If the removal of the label was necessary to inspect the product, the Seller has the right not to accept goods without labels, if he can prove that he incurs additional costs as a result (costs of making a new label, approval costs) or the removal of such labels cannot be restored, the product loses its originality.

-the buyer has no right to return goods that have been worn, stained or otherwise damaged in their original appearance.

3.3. Changing the size of the product

If the product purchased by the Buyer is of the wrong size, the Buyer can return the purchased product and recover the money paid and order a product of the correct size, according to 3.2. conditions.

3.4.Right to return a defective product

The buyer who has purchased a low-quality product has the right to submit a request to the seller within 2 years from the delivery of the product to the buyer. In this case, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail. to the email address or phone number specified in the "contacts" section of the Online Store and provide information about your name, surname, reason for returning the product, order number or invoice number confirming payment for the product, contact data (phone number or e-mail address) , the bank account number and the name and code of the bank where this account is located, if due to the requirement specified by the Buyer it is necessary to return the money paid by the Buyer for the product or part of it to the Buyer's account, and one of the following requirements:

< p>- eliminate the defects of the item (repair the item);

- replace the product of inadequate quality with a product of adequate quality;

- reduce the price of the product;

- return the price paid.

The product will be considered of high quality if (i) it meets the description and characteristics specified in the Online Store (ii) it is suitable for normal use like others of the same type attributable goods (iii) the quality and characteristics of the product are what can be expected from another product of the same type. the amount paid, including the shipping costs associated with sending the product, as well as the costs of returning such product. The amount is returned in the same way that the Buyer chose when purchasing the product.


4.1. The seller undertakes to make it possible to use the services of the Electronic Store, the operating conditions of which are determined by these Rules and other conditions published in the Electronic Store.

4.2. If the Buyer pays for the goods, but cannot be contacted within the specified deadline according to the chosen delivery method, the Buyer's order is canceled and returned to the Seller.

4.3. The seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the buyer by the delivery method chosen by the buyer, under the conditions provided for in the Rules.

4.4. When due to unforeseen circumstances related to the supply of goods or the fact that there are no goods left in stock, the Seller is unable to deliver the goods purchased in the Electronic Store, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase and sale agreement by notifying the Buyer beforehand. In this case, the Seller can offer the Buyer a product of the same or higher quality and value. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid by the Buyer within 5 working days to the Buyer's account from which the payment was made.

4.5. The Seller reserves the right to remove any product from the Online Store at any time and to remove or change any information on the Online Site. The Seller makes every effort to fulfill each Buyer's order, but there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to cancel the order after sending the order confirmation and the Seller reserves the right to do so at any time.

4.6 . If the Buyer decides to withdraw from the purchase-sale contract and informs the Seller about it in the manner provided for in Chapter 3 of the Rules, the Seller shall return the amount paid by the Buyer in the manner provided for in Chapter 3 of the Rules.

4.7. If the Buyer uses the Electronic Store in violation of these Rules, tries to harm the stability and security of the Electronic Store or otherwise violates the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, the Seller has the right to limit the Buyer's use of the Electronic Store or cancel the Buyer's Account without warning. In any case, the Seller will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by an attack on information systems, a virus or other software or technologically harmful or harmful material that may affect the computers, IT equipment, data or materials of persons using the Electronic Store due to the Electronic Store use or download of its content, as well as websites to which it is directed.

4.8. If the Electronic Store contains links to other websites and information of third parties, the aforementioned links are provided for informational purposes only and the Seller does not control these websites, regardless of their content or information. Therefore, the Seller assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use.


5.1. The price of the product is indicated in euros with VAT. Delivery costs are added to the product price, according to the chosen delivery and payment method.

5.2. The Buyer can order and purchase goods in the Electronic Store in one of the following ways:

- by registering in the Electronic Store and creating an Account, specifying mandatory data during registration. The Buyer can log in to his Account by entering the e-mail address specified during registration and the password invented by the Buyer;

- without registering the Account in the Online Store. In this case, the Buyer must provide his name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, and information about the delivery address.

5.3. Order confirmation will be sent to the Buyer at the Buyer's e-mail address specified at the time of order confirmation.


6.1. Goods are paid for by payment card (Visa, Maestro or Mastercard) or electronic banking by direct transfer.

6.2. The buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Only after the Buyer has paid for the order will the order for the goods be formed. 6.3. Upon receipt of the Buyer's order, authorization of the Buyer's card will be carried out in order to make sure that the payment card has sufficient funds for the payment transaction.

6.4. By pressing the "Pay" button during order confirmation, the Buyer confirms that the payment card is his.

6.5. Payment cards are verified and authorized by the entity that issued the payment card, but if it does not authorize the payment, the Seller is not responsible for any delay or failed delivery.

6.6. The Buyer agrees that the Seller will submit the invoice in electronic form.


7.1. When purchasing goods in the Electronic Store, the buyer chooses the method of delivery of the goods and provides the exact address of delivery of the goods.

7.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. If he cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address and based on other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

* Prices may change depending on the partners' offers valid at the time. Delivery fee is applied per order. Delivery to the Curonian Spit is possible only through the parcel terminal.

The exact amount of the goods delivery fee is indicated to the Buyer in the Electronic Store, before confirming the order. The amount of the delivery fee will not be changed after the order is confirmed.

7.5. The terms of delivery of the goods are given in the product descriptions. They are preliminary and subject to change.

7.6. The seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the deadlines for the delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the buyer or are delivered late due to the buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the buyer's control.


The personal data provided by the buyer are processed according to the procedure and conditions specified in the Privacy Policy.


9.1. The seller reserves the right to change and supplement these Rules and other documents related to these Rules at any time. Additions or changes to the rules take effect from the day of their publication, by announcing them in the Electronic Store. If the Buyer does not agree with the new version of the Rules, partial additions, changes, the Buyer has the right to refuse them, provided that the Buyer loses the right to use the services of the Electronic Store. When buying in the Electronic Store, the rules valid at the time of placing the order apply.

9.2. The parties are released from fulfilling their obligations under these Rules, if they cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the parties, which are provided for by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 1996. July 15 by resolution no. 840 in the approved Exemption from liability in case of force majeure rules and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

9.3. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the textual or graphic content of the Electronic Store belong to the Seller or a third party providing the content. It is prohibited to use or distribute the contents of the Electronic Store without the written consent of the Seller.

9.4. The Seller does not assume any risk and is unconditionally released from responsibility if the Buyer has not familiarized himself with these Rules in detail, although he was given such an opportunity.

9.5. Relations arising on the basis of these Rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

9.6. Persons using this Online Store agree that the majority of communication with the Seller will take place electronically. The Seller will contact the Buyer by e-mail or provide information by announcing it in the Online Store. The buyer sends all messages and questions by e-mail or by contacting the phone number indicated in the "Help and information" section of the Online Store.
